The staff went above and beyond, particularly Mark, who provided excellent service and made us feel welcomed. However, the breakfast could be improved as I found the pricing quite high for what was offered.

The staff was genuinely friendly and willing to help. I had a memorable interaction with the front-desk guy who found me a box fan on request—couldn't sleep without it, ya know?
