I just loved the cozy vibe of my Queen Deluxe Room, where the beds were so comfy I could’ve stayed in them all day! The gentle hush of the hotel made for a peaceful night, perfect after a day of exploring. And shoutout to the staff, who went above and beyond to make my stay feel special!
Totally recommend! ❤️❤️

Good Stay with Room for Improvement
I enjoyed my stay, as the hotel had clean and comfortable rooms, perfect for resting after a long day. The staff was friendly and attentive, which made my experience more enjoyable. However, I think the absence of USB outlets in the room is something that needs addressing, especially in today's tech-driven world.

Great Stay with Superb Amenities!
We had a fantastic stay! The pool was a highlight for my kids, and the staff were incredibly friendly. The location near shopping was convenient. Breakfast was delicious at the onsite restaurant, though not free. A perfect spot for families!

Exceptional Stay with Great Staff
I recently stayed for one night in a Standard Queen Room with Two Queen Beds and was impressed by how clean and comfortable everything was. The staff went above and beyond, particularly Mark, who provided excellent service and made us feel welcomed. However, the breakfast could be improved as I found the pricing quite high for what was offered.

The staff was genuinely friendly and willing to help. I had a memorable interaction with the front-desk guy who found me a box fan on request—couldn't sleep without it, ya know?
It wasn’t overly cheap, but it was still acceptable for the comfort I got.

Comfortable Stay with Friendly Staff
I had a fantastic family stay! The staff, especially Kaitlyn, helped us feel welcome. The rooms were clean, and we enjoyed a lovely evening on the patio while the kids swam. Don't miss the breakfast vouchers for a light start to your day. even cold options are tasty!

Comfy beds but internet woes
Had a chill stay for a night. The beds were super comfy, which was awesome after a long drive. Staff were friendly and tried to help, but the internet was a total bust. Didn't work at all with my setup. Also, grab a bite at the restaurant when you can, the food looked good! Overall, decent but need to fix that internet.

The staff offered friendly service throughout my stay. I appreciated the clean room, although it had some outdated furnishings. The bed was comfy, but there were no USB plugs, which made charging devices a hassle. Breakfast was advertised but turned out to be a cold selection unless I paid extra, which felt misleading. Location was convenient for my needs. Noticed some cleanliness issues in common areas and had to deal with a noisy breakfast setting. It could be a great place with a little more attention to updates and services.

Friendly staff and clean, spacious bathroom were highlights during my recent stay. The comfortable bed contributed to a restful night, but water pressure in the shower was disappointingly low, which impacted my experience. Additionally, while breakfast had some healthy options, the lack of a complimentary meal was a letdown, especially for the price paid. Overall, the location was convenient for shopping trips, which I appreciated.

I had a comfortable stay at the Holiday Inn in Battle Creek. The room was clean, and I appreciated the comfortable bed. The bathroom was nice, with plenty of space and a walk-in shower. The temperature control worked well too. The staff greeted me promptly during check-in, but the process could’ve been quicker. The breakfast options didn’t match my expectations, especially considering the price. I decided to skip the hotel breakfast and grab something nearby instead. The noise from the hallway was noticeable at times, but not enough to disrupt my sleep. Overall, the experience was good, but improvements could be made in breakfast offerings and soundproofing.
